We can´t rewind history
and try it a different way
DAWN, NOON, DUSK and NIGHT
In light of recent times, we realize that it is important to look at the past and realize what we can do in the future.
The fashion industry is trans forming itself, and this change is reflected in consumers’ choices.
New generations have adopted a conscious lifestyle. They invest in garments with history and personality. In their choices, coexist concerns with the environment, people, and the origin of the pieces. Individuality, ADN, desire and their own needs are also an important factor when buying a piece of clothing.
On the other hand, we also know that the brands we work with, are increasingly dedicated to using differentiated knitwear, with add ed value and with a longer lifespan: both in quality or in design.
Therefore, like the different phases of the day, we present the various facets of our knits: the sporty ones are focused on performance. The premium or trendy knits are created with added value, high lighting quality and diverse textures. Sustainable and recycled fibers gain strength in all the themes that incorporate the collection.
REWIND emerges as a set of new possibilities, from new fibers that reduce the environmental foot print, to the design and performance of the knitwear we create.
All of them become the main tool of brands and designers to create timeless pieces that match the consumers’ demands:
sustainability, modernity, functionality, aesthetics.

We still highlight some knits refined especially for the festival season.
NEW SUSTAINABLE
FIBERS
do you know what is lyocell made of or that polyester can be actualy eco friendly? This upcoming season we’re launching more sustainable and differentiated knits. developed to decrease your environmental footprint.
ORGANIC & RECYCLED COTTON
The demand for sustainable and responsible options to produce knits leads to the appearance of alternatives to regular cotton, such as organic cotton and recycled cotton. Both help the environment and reduce textile industry impact but in different ways.
Organic cotton is cultivated without pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and without genetic modifications. Also, it means it was considered the soil well-being, its biological cycles, biodiversity and health of workers and farmers.
Recycled cotton can be produced using pre or pos consumer waste. Pre-consumer waste includes scraps of yarn or materials from the production process. Pos-consumer waste englobes finished pieces of clothing, sold and used (or not) by consumers.
This materials advantages are the reduction of water and energy consumption in production and this way it becomes possible to give a second life to materials that would end up in landfills and polluting the environment.
The challenge is to be able to maintain its quality and resistance. which is achieved, nowadays, by mixing it with other fibers.
POST CONSUMER POLIESTER
Polyester is the most used synthetic fiber in the world due to its versatility. This material has excellent mechanical properties, good dimensional stability, high tenacity and elongation at rupture, besides good elasticity. It is also flame and microorganism resistant and a good termal insulator.
Post Consumer Recycled (PCRI) polyester is a type of fiber with the similar qualities of virgin polyester but produced from plastic collected from the environment such as oceans and landfills. It is completely safe and allows you to give a second life to materials that are currently polluting.
ECO HEATHER
Eco Heather is the trade name for a yarn produced from waste production materials such as cotton, linen, wool, and silk by combining only 10% of virgin cotton for greater strength.
The combination of these fibers gives the yarn unique caracteristics.
This yarn is designed to fulfill a commitment to social and environmental responsibility, since it is possible to save up to three kilogrammes of virgin cotton, preserving about 40.500 liters of water
between cotton production and the industrial process.
LYOCELL / TENCEL
Tencel is one of Lenzings brand which sells different celulose fibers that are man-made. To produce these fibers, Iyocell and modal, its used wood pulp, but they differentiate in their production processes.
Lyocell is made from eucalyptus, birch, or oak pulp, using a simpler process with only one solvent involved besides, it uses a closed loop system that minimizes the environmental impact of production.
To produce modal, it is used beech wood extracted according to an environmental responsible process. Its production, compared to lyocell, includes more steps but its eco-friendly in its own way.
These two fibers have comparable properties, including long-lasting qualities due to its high tenacity, soft touch after repeated washing and efficient moisture management.
TENCEL REFIBER
Tencel refiber is a regenerated cellulosic fiber produced from cotton scraps from clothing production and wood pulp. Compared to other cellulosic fibers. it is low cost and environmentally friendly. It has unique properties such as producing comfortable, soft, lightweight breathable, durable materials with a luxurious, silk-like feel. It is also antibacterial and remains odorless for a longer period. compared to cotton.
ALOE VERA VISCOSE
Aloe vera is a plant with enormous benefits, such as containing regenerative and anti-inflammatory active substances, as well as allowing a nourishing action on the skin. This, when incorporated into materials, provides the knitwear the aforementioned properties. In addition, it installs the natural balance of the body and skin, being applied as a moisturizer and analgesic.
By providing the material with these characteristics, it extends the application of the knitwear for sportswear and cosmetic textiles.
MICRO MODAL
MicroModal comes from celulose, with a similar production to modal, the difference is present in the size of the fibers. The finer fibers enables to obtain similar characteristics to silk such as shine and texture of the material, while being breathable and absorbent. It is also soft and shrink-resistant making it a popular choice for the sport swear production.
RECYCLED POLYAMIDE
Polyamide is a synthetic fiber that presents interesting advantages such as elasticity and soft touch, good resistance to dyes and ultraviolet light strength and durability. It is produced from components found in petroleum, a nonrenewable source. There is a demand to produce it differently as well as to transform this fiber afterwards. This is how recycled polyamide emerges, which has similar proprieties to virgin polyamide. To obtain it there is less energy consumption, water consumption, and carbon emissions. This can be produced from waste textile material, as well as industrial fishing nets or carpets. This helps keep this waste out of the oceans and out of landfills.
RAYON
Rayon is talked about alongside viscose. This happens because they are technically very similar and, in some cases, you can say they are exactly the same.
These are mixed up because of which raw material is used. When celulose is obtained from wood or bamboo cellulose, the final product is rayon.
Viscose is used with everything that involves wood pulp or plant fibers. which are made from a viscous liquid and undergo chemical processes.
This means their characteristics are similar, including hypoallergenic qualities, cooling properties, durable, comfortable, and soft.
Never forgetting they are also eco-friendly because of their production process and raw materials.
BANANA & PINEAPPLE VISCOSE
The need for more sustainable fibers leads to the incorporation of ancient such as pineapple and banana.
With the evolution and innovation in this area, new possibilities of its incorporation arise.
Pineapple fiber is obtained from the leaves of the plant which cannot be possible to use in any other way. The material produced is light soft and. mixed with other fibers, giving them a luxurious touch.
Banana fiber is produced by using various parts of the plant.
A soft breathable. absorbent and with a natural glow material is obtained. The mixture with other fibers allows to obtain a more durable product.
